Quality Mail Marketing has provided target prospect lists for
the brokerage community for many years. We can target people by age and income within a reps
territory - including an entire county, by zip code(s), or by carrier route(s)
within a zip code. Phone numbers are available by request of those individuals
who have not submitted their name to the national do-not-call database. Names
are usually selected for male and female heads of households. This eliminates
duplication within a residence and identifies widows, divorced, and never
married female markets.
The list can be any age group such as 50+, 55+, 60+ years, etc. We can also
break them into categories such as 50-64 years and 65+ years old, etc.
List prospect income is obtained based on earned income which includes social
security but does not include passive or investment income.
The two most common list formats provided to reps are pressure sensitive
labels or printed manuscript with phone numbers when available. These are sorted in street
sequence unless a special list order is specified.
Another option is to have QMM provide a data file on a computer diskette.
